All About Me

Crystal L. Jackson, a compelling, dynamic, and self-made woman—a engineer, entrepreneur, and transformative consultant/coach passionate about sharing stories and strategies that helped her become one of the most accomplished women in the field of aerospace technologies.

However, Crystal’s childhood was hardly idyllic; her mother was a single parent battling a mental illness (bipolar disorder) that caused significant turmoil and required frequent medical attention. Lacking stability in her personal life, Crystal became pregnant in her sophomore year of high school at the age of 15.

It was in this moment that Crystal, a young woman and new mother with the odds clearly stacked against her, made a conscious and calculated choice to persevere.

Only 40% of teen mothers complete high school, but Crystal graduated with honors. Of the teens who parent a child before the age of 18, fewer than 2% obtain a college degree, but Crystal holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics and an M.S. in Systems Engineering and now a successful businesswoman/entrepreneur.

While Crystal’s accomplishments have earned her many accolades, her success story has an unlikely beginning. It is this difficult part of her story that Crystal feels most compelled to share because it puts the impossible odds she’s overcome in perspective.

In 2010, Crystal trademarked and launched “The No Quit Zone” a platform for personal and professional development for students. Crystal is passionate about connecting with students and inspiring them to maximize their potential. For the first time in her journey she started sharing her secret to success in what she coined the P.O.W.E.R formula. She presented at student leadership conferences, events, workshops, and assemblies teaching students how to harness their personal P.O.W.E.R. by creating and using their own personal blueprint for success.

Keynote/Workshop list includes: Birdville ISD, Shenandoah High School(Ashburn Virginia), Northern Virginia Community College(NOVA), University of Texas Austin(HAVEN Student Fellowship), University of Dallas(UTD), Murray State College, Burlington College(New Jersey), FBLA, FFA, HOSA, Texas Association of Future Educators(TAFE), HOBY Texas Gulf Coast, IEB Alpha Omega Epsilon, New York State Council on Leadership and Student Activitiesand more.

In 2020, in the middle of the global pandemic Crystal trademarked and launched #READY a platform for personal and professional development for career and entrepreneurial individuals using her tried and true P.O.W.E.R formula. Crystal published the #READY workbook/planner that includes a successfulroadmap using her P.O.W.E.R formula. Crystal’s passion for transformative development is equally as important as her passion for performance development.

Prior to her resignation and taking on Raytheon as a client, Crystal was Raytheon’s 2020 recipient of the “Dr. King’s Keeper of the Dream” award, a nominee for “Women to Watch” award, and the recipient of “The Black Engineer of the Year (BEYA) Modern Day Technology Leadership Award”.

As an engineer, Crystal thrived in a male-dominated industry where African American women make up just 1% of the workforce. How? By harnessing and using her personal P.O.W.E.R. at each transition point in her life; from teen mother to chief of staff of a $6Billion Dollar Aerospace Company, Director of F15(fighter jet) Radar Development Program, and CEO of her own companies and brand.
