Crystal L. Crystal's childhood was far from idyllic. Raised by a single mother battling bipolar disorder, she experienced instability and significant challenges throughout her formative years. At just 15 years old, Crystal became pregnant during her sophomore year of high school.

​

It was in that defining moment that Crystal made a conscious and calculated decision to persevere.

While only 40% of teen mothers complete high school, Crystal graduated with honors. While fewer than 2% of teen mothers earn a college degree, Crystal went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering.

Armed with determination and an unwavering belief in her future, Crystal built an extraordinary career in aerospace technology. She spent more than two decades thriving in an industry where African American women represent just 1% of the workforce. Throughout her career, she rose from engineer to executive leadership, serving as Chief of Staff for a $6 billion aerospace organization and Director of the F-15 Fighter Jet Radar Development Program, often referred to as the "Eye of the Eagle."

In 2010, Crystal trademarked and launched The No Quit Zone®, a personal and professional development platform dedicated to helping students maximize their potential. It was during this season that she first began sharing the principles that fueled her success through what she coined as the P.O.W.E.R. Formula—a practical framework for creating and executing a personal blueprint for success.

Crystal has presented keynote addresses, workshops, leadership conferences, assemblies, and student development programs across the country, including engagements with Birdville ISD, Shenandoah High School (Virginia), Northern Virginia Community College, The University of Texas at Austin, The University of Texas at Dallas, Murray State College, Burlington County College, FBLA, FFA, HOSA, TAFE, HOBY Texas Gulf Coast, Alpha Omega Epsilon, and numerous other organizations.

In 2020, amid the global pandemic, Crystal trademarked and launched #READY®, a platform focused on personal and professional development for career professionals and entrepreneurs. Through #READY, she expanded her transformational work by publishing the #READY Workbook & Planner, a roadmap for success built around her proven P.O.W.E.R. Formula.

Prior to leaving corporate America, Crystal received numerous accolades, including Raytheon's Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. "Keeper of the Dream" Award, a nomination for Women to Watch, and the prestigious Black Engineer of the Year Award (BEYA) Modern-Day Technology Leadership Award.

Following her corporate career, Crystal launched and successfully operated a logistics company as an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, becoming one of only a select group of entrepreneurs entrusted to deliver on behalf of Amazon in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. In 2024, after years of entrepreneurial success, Crystal made another bold transition. She chose to conclude her Amazon partnership and fully align her work with her purpose by expanding her own brands and service offerings.

That same year, she obtained her Mortgage Loan Originator license and combined it with her long-standing real estate expertise as a licensed Texas REALTOR® since 2005. Today, through READY Lending Solutions and READY Property Group (brokered by AXEN Realty), Crystal helps individuals and families navigate homeownership, real estate investing, lending solutions, and wealth-building strategies. Her unique combination of executive leadership, engineering discipline, entrepreneurial experience, real estate expertise, and lending knowledge allows her to provide clients with a comprehensive approach to achieving their financial and lifestyle goals.
